Advanced Orthopaedic Physiotherapy

Manual (hands-on) physiotherapy treatment techniques
to improve the mobility of your joints and muscles, decrease muscle tension, and ultimately improve pain and your overall function.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

  • dyspareunia (pain with intercourse)

  • peri and postmenopausal concerns

Vestibular Therapy

Specialized physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques for issues causing vertigo, dizziness and altered balance. This can include:

  • Vestibular neuritis/ labyrinthitis

  • BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo)

  • Meniere’s disease

  • Vestibular migraine

  • Unilateral vestibular hypofunction

  • Cervicogenic dizziness

  • Post concussion syndrome

  • Vestibular deconditioning (due to age or inactivity)

Dry Needling/ Acupuncture

Needling techniques to improve muscle function, speed up recovery, decrease nagging muscle tension and stubborn pain.

Needling is commonly used for:

  • neck and back pain

  • nerve pain

Clinical Pilates

Pilates sessions can be carried out on the reformer or on a mat. Sessions are personalized to your own needs and ability. Small group sessions are also offered seasonally.

Massage Therapy
